Who We’re Looking For:
Candidates with 2+ years of influencer talent management experience, strong industry relationships, and a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube. You’re proactive, organized, entrepreneurial, and know how to manage and grow creator brands with intention.

Location: USA – Remote, Hybrid, or on-site in our Beverly Hills or Nashville location

Your Impact:

• Manage daily communication with talent and provide long-term career direction
• Negotiate campaigns, budgets, and contracts
• Pitch talent to brands + secure high-impact influencer campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creators
• Scout and sign new creators to the roster
  Guide talent with strategy, content direction, brand positioning, and overall growth
• Ensure flawless execution across all deliverables and brand requirements

Your Experience:

• 2+ years in influencer talent management (ideally with your own roster)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns with ease
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and brand partnerships
• A self-starter mindset, innovative thinking, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong time-management, organization, and relationship-building skills
